Who is Eduardo?

Work with me if you want to create a human-centred and customer obsessed organisation.

Born and educated in Barcelona, Spain, and based in Melbourne, Australia since 2005, I've spent more than 30 years working with large and fast-growing digital organisations and leaders around the world. I was one of the first to take agile ways of working beyond software, and that approach has helped me transform and redesign hundreds of teams and organisations globally — unlocking agility, adaptability, and building sustainable, human- and customer-centred organisations.

At the centre of my work is a simple, demanding idea: you can't fix culture directly. Culture is a shadow, cast by the system of work that actually runs an organisation — how decisions get made, what gets funded, what gets measured, what gets rewarded. Over two decades of consulting, I've developed this idea and supported the transformation of organisations of all sizes and industries.

I spend my days as the co-founder and Director of Neu21, an organisational design consultancy headquartered in Melbourne, built with one purpose: making work better for a new world. I also sit on the board of Euda, an AI-powered workplace wellbeing platform born out of Neu21's product studio, and serve as Strategic and Operations Advisor to The Shift Challenge, a Buenos Aires-based organisation preparing companies across Latin America and beyond for the largest demographic shift in history. I also advise several early-stage startups and founders.

I bring that same experience to how I coach and advise — helping people, teams, and organisations build the self-belief and clarity to do their best work
